Olaben Pro Collective

The Olaben Pro Collective (“Programme”) is operated by Olaben to support and celebrate professionals in fitness and wellness. By applying to and participating in the Programme, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility

The Programme is available only to verified professionals actively engaged in fitness or wellness, including certified instructors, personal trainers, professional athletes, and owners or managers of studios or gyms. Applicants must provide valid proof of current status, such as a recognised certification, an active class schedule, or evidence of affiliation with a studio or facility. Olaben reserves the right to approve or deny any application at its sole discretion and may request additional documentation at any time.

2. Programme Benefits

Approved members receive a 30% discount on full‑price Olaben activewear when purchasing through official Olaben channels. Members may also be offered early access to selected product launches, invitations to brand events, and opportunities to be featured in Olaben marketing initiatives. All benefits are provided at Olaben’s discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

3. Personal Use Only

Products purchased under this Programme are strictly for the approved member’s personal use. Purchasing for resale, redistribution, gifting, or on behalf of others is prohibited. Any breach of this condition may result in immediate removal from the Programme, cancellation of applicable discounts, and cancellation of pending orders.

4. Spend Limits

A total purchase limit of USD 1,500 (or local equivalent) per 12‑month membership term applies to all orders placed under the Programme. Once this limit is reached, additional orders may not qualify for discounts and are subject to review. Members are responsible for monitoring their own usage within the Programme.

5. Membership Term and Renewal

Membership is valid for twelve (12) months from the date of approval. To maintain Programme benefits, members must complete an annual renewal process and provide updated verification of their professional status. Olaben may request updated information at any time and reserves the right to decline renewal at its sole discretion.

6. Communications

By joining the Programme, members agree to receive communications from Olaben regarding Programme benefits, product launches, and events. Members may manage communication preferences through provided channels; however, opting out of all communications may limit Programme functionality.

7. Programme Changes

Olaben reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Programme, its benefits, or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Participation in the Programme does not create any employment, agency, or distributorship relationship with Olaben.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Olaben shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of participation in the Programme. All products purchased under the Programme are subject to Olaben’s standard terms of sale and return policies. Orders are also subject to applicable duties, taxes, and shipping charges as per Olaben’s standard shipping policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Olaben operates. Any disputes arising in connection with the Programme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.

10. Returns and Exchanges

All purchases made through the Programme are subject to Olaben’s standard return and exchange policies. Discounts offered under the Programme do not extend or alter statutory consumer rights. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed at the discounted purchase price actually paid.

11. Data Privacy

By applying to and participating in the Programme, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with Olaben’s Privacy Policy. This includes using your information to verify eligibility, administer benefits, and communicate Programme updates.

12. Termination

Olaben reserves the right to terminate a member’s participation in the Programme immediately if there is evidence of misuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms & Conditions. Any discounts applied in violation of these Terms may be cancelled and orders refused.

13. Miscellaneous

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Olaben regarding the Programme and supersede any prior statements or representations. If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
