How do I place my order?
- Website - browse our website, add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
- Visit one of our offline stores for the ultimate Olaben experience.
- If you need assistance, reach out to our team via Facebook chat and they will happily assist in placing an order for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
For orders within Vietnam we offer all major Credit Cards, Visa, Mastercard, ATM Cards, Mobile Wallets (ZaloPay, Momo etc.) and Cash-on-Delivery (for orders under VND 10,000,000).
For International orders we offer Visa & Mastercard
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast shipping. If you need to make changes or cancel an order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it. Once the order is processed, modifications may not be possible.
Do you offer Olaben Voucher codes?
From time to time we run promotions, these will be announced on our website & social media.
- Add your items to the cart.
- Enter the voucher code at checkout.
- Click "Apply" to see the discount reflected in your total.
Only one voucher code can be used per order. Some codes may have exclusions.

Shipping
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We work hard to ensure you receive your Olaben order as quickly as possible. Delivery times vary based on your location and chosen shipping method.
Typically within Vietnam, orders will be delivered within 1-3 Business Days depending on location.
For international orders times can be a bit longer, but typically 5-7 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship nationwide in Vietnam and to almost all international locations. Check our Shipping Policy for a full list of countries we serve.
How Can I Track My Order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to check your delivery status. If you don’t receive your tracking details within 24 hours of shipment, please contact our support team.

What are my payment options?

Is my payment information secure?

Can I pay with multiple payment methods?
At this time, only one payment method can be used per transaction. If you need some support our team will be able to assist you.
Why was my payment declined?
If your payment was declined, it may be due to:
- Incorrect card details
- Insufficient funds
- Bank restrictions on online or international transactions
- Security flags from your bank
Try using a different payment method or contact your bank for assistance.
How can I get an invoice for my order?
Your invoice will be automatically sent via email after your purchase. If you need a customized invoice, contact our support team.
Orders & Account
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an Olaben account allows you to:
- Track your orders easily.
- Save shipping details for faster checkout.
- Access exclusive promotions and rewards.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast shipping. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact customercare@olaben.com within 1 hour of placing it.
- Once your order is processed, we cannot make changes.
- If your order has already shipped, you may need to request a return after receiving it.
How do I reset my password?
If you forgot your password:
- Go to the Login page.
- Click on "Forgot Password?"
- Enter your email and follow the instructions to reset your password.
If you don’t receive a reset email, check your spam folder or contact customercare@olaben.com for help.
How can I check my order status?
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with a tracking link when your order ships. You can also:
- Log into your Olaben account and check under "My Orders".
- Enter your tracking number on the carrier’s website for real-time updates.
If you haven't received an update after 2 business days, reach out to our customer service team for assistance.

How do I choose the right size?

Do you restock sold-out items?
Some bestsellers are restocked, while most are limited edition. Sign up for restock notifications on the product page to get updates.
How do I care for my Olaben activewear?
Visit our Care Instructions Page for detailed information about how to care for your items.
We design and develop our items to last you a very long time, taking care of them well will extend their life and allow you to get the most out of them. (It's also better for the environment which we care deeply about).
Are your products true to size?
Most of our items run true to size, but specific fits may vary. Refer to the product description for fit details.
Returns and exchanges
What is your return policy?

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange?
- Email us at customercare@olaben.com within the return/exchange period.
- Provide your order number (e.g., #OW_1234) and reason for return/exchange.
- Include a video of the item being opened to support your request.
- Upon approval, we will guide you through the return process.
What are the conditions for a return or exchange?
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:
✔ Be unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition.
✔ Have all original labels attached.
✔ Be in their original packaging.
Which items cannot be returned or exchanged?
❌ Accessories such as yoga mats, socks, headwear, and bikinis.
❌ Items purchased with discounts over 50% (all markets).
❌ Items purchased with discounts between 30-50% can only be exchanged (Vietnam only).
❌ Items purchased with a gift voucher are not eligible for returns but can be exchanged.
What if I received a faulty or incorrect item?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery at customercare@olaben.com.
- You must provide a video of the package being opened and a description of the issue.
- If the item is deemed faulty, we will offer a replacement or refund.
- Items damaged due to normal wear, accident, or misuse are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.
How do refunds work?
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), you will need to provide your bank details for a refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund processing times depend on your bank and payment method.
What if I exchange an item for a different one?
The new product must be of equal or higher value than the original purchase.
If the exchange item is more expensive, you will need to pay the difference.
If the exchange item is less expensive, no refund will be issued.
If you exchange an item after a sale period has ended, you must pay the price difference to the full-priced item.
