Orders
How do I place an order?
Three ways. Add what you love to your cart and check out online, visit any Olaben store to shop in person, or message us on Facebook and our team will help you order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if you reach us quickly. Contact us within 1 hour of ordering with your order number and we'll do our best. Once an order is processed we can't change it, and if it has already shipped you can request a return after it arrives.
Do you offer voucher codes?
We do. Promotions are announced on our site and social channels. Add your items to the cart, enter the code at checkout and click apply to see the discount. One code per order, and a few items may be excluded.
Shipping
How long will my order take?
Within Vietnam, most orders arrive in 1 to 3 business days. International orders typically take 5 to 7 business days. You'll get a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship nationwide across Vietnam and to almost all international destinations. See our Shipping Policy for the full list of countries.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships we email you a tracking number. With an Olaben account you can also follow its progress any time under My Orders.
Payment
What payment methods can I use?
In Vietnam: Visa, Mastercard, ATM cards, mobile wallets including ZaloPay and Momo, and Cash on Delivery for orders under VND 10,000,000. For international orders: Visa and Mastercard.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Checkout uses industry-standard SSL encryption, and we never store or share your card details.
Why was my payment declined?
Usually it's one of a few things: incorrect card details, insufficient funds, your bank restricting online or international transactions, or a security flag. Try another payment method or check with your bank, and we're here if you need us.
How do I get an invoice?
Your invoice is emailed automatically after purchase. Need a customised or company invoice? Just contact our team.
Orders & account
Do I need an account to order?
No, you're welcome to check out as a guest. Creating an Olaben account simply makes things easier: order tracking, saved details for faster checkout, and access to exclusive promotions.
How do I reset my password?
On the login page, select Forgot Password, enter your email and follow the steps. If the email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder or contact our support team.
How do I check my order status?
You'll get an order confirmation email, then a tracking link once it ships. You can also log in and check under My Orders, or enter your tracking number on the carrier's site.
Product & sizing
How do I find my size?
Each product page has a Size Guide with measurements and a fit note. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort. Still unsure? Contact our team and we'll help you find your fit.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Some bestsellers come back, though many pieces are limited edition. Turn on restock notifications on the product page and we'll let you know the moment your size returns.
How do I care for my Olaben activewear?
See our Care Instructions page for the full guide. In short: cold wash inside out, skip the fabric softener, hang to dry and avoid the tumble dryer. Cared for well, your pieces are made to last.
Are your products true to size?
Most of our pieces run true to size, though specific fits vary by style. Check the fit note in each product description so there are no surprises.
Returns & exchanges
What is your return policy?
You'll find our full return and exchange policy here. The essentials are below.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Email us within the return or exchange window with your order number, your reason, and a video of the package being opened, and we'll guide you through every step. For Vietnam orders: returns within 3 days of delivery, exchanges within 30 days. For international orders: returns within 14 days, with exchanges available in Vietnam only.
What are the conditions for a return or exchange?
Items need to be unwashed, unaltered and in their original condition, with all labels attached and in their original packaging.
What can't be returned or exchanged?
For hygiene reasons, accessories like yoga mats, socks, headwear and bikinis can't be returned or exchanged. Items discounted over 50% are final in all markets. Items discounted 30 to 50% can be exchanged but not returned (Vietnam only). Gift-voucher purchases can be exchanged but not returned.
What if I received a faulty or incorrect item?
We'll make it right. Contact us within 3 days of delivery with a video of the package being opened, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Damage from normal wear, accidents or misuse isn't eligible, and requests can't be processed after 30 days.
How do refunds work?
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. If you paid by Cash on Delivery, we'll ask for your bank details to process it. Shipping costs aren't refundable, and timing depends on your bank and payment method.
What if I exchange for a different item?
Your new piece needs to be equal or higher in value. If it costs more, you simply pay the difference. If it costs less, a refund isn't issued. If you exchange after a sale period ends, the difference to the full price applies.
