thank you for moving with us

A note to our community

you made this space a sanctuary

To everyone who unrolled a mat on the rooftop, found stillness in Earth, or held one more breath on the reformer in Water: thank you. You turned a building in Thao Dien into a community.

Our final classes run until Saturday. Come and move with us one last time.

We're already developing new concepts for our community, and you'll be the first to hear about them.

For now, keep moving in any way that makes you feel strong. A slow flow at home, a run before the city wakes, a walk with friends. The practice was always yours.
