Terms & Conditions
The short version
Book via the app or reception, arrive 10 minutes early. Free cancel: 4h (group), 24h (private).
Packages are non-refundable, with exceptions set out in our Refund Policy and by law.
Tell your instructor about injuries, move at your own pace, stop any time.
Marketing and photos only ever with your separate consent — withdraw any time.
Membership & packages
Access to Olaben Studio classes requires an active, fully paid membership or class package. Packages are valid for the number of days or months stated on your invoice, starting from the payment date shown on your invoice (unless a later start date is noted on your invoice).
Membership terms are set out in the Membership Agreement signed at registration. A copy of the standard agreement is available at reception and by email at studio@olaben.com.
Booking & cancellation
Classes must be booked in advance through the Studio's official booking channels — the booking app/site or at reception. Bookings made through other channels are not guaranteed. Classes are subject to availability and capacity limits. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class; late arrivals may be refused entry for safety reasons.
Group classes are scheduled sessions open to multiple members on the studio timetable. Cancel free of charge up to 4 hours before class start; later cancellations and no-shows are deducted from your package.
Private sessions are 1-on-1 (or private small-group) sessions with a dedicated instructor, purchased separately from standard packages. Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before start; later cancellations and no-shows are deducted from your private package.
Unlimited members who repeatedly miss booked classes without cancelling will receive a reminder from the Studio team so spots stay available for the community.
Payment
Payments are accepted only by bank transfer to the Company's official account or through the Studio's POS device. Membership validity begins after payment is confirmed. VAT invoices are available on request.
Refunds, transfers & pauses
Membership and package fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, except (i) as set out in our published Refund Policy, (ii) where the Studio makes a materially adverse change to these terms and you choose to terminate, or (iii) where required by law.
You may request in writing to transfer an active package to another person, subject to a one-time administration fee of VND 1,000,000. Pauses are not provided, except for medical reasons with supporting documentation (free of charge; your package validity extends by the length of the pause), other special circumstances at the Studio's discretion, or where a pause is included in writing in your package terms at purchase. We respond to requests within 7 working days.
Health & safety
Yoga, Pilates and physical activity carry inherent risks. Please assess your own physical condition, tell your instructor about any injuries or medical conditions, and stop if you feel unwell. Participation is voluntary and you may stop at any time.
Please follow instructor guidance and posted studio rules at all times.
Liability
The Studio is not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from participation, except in cases of proven gross negligence or willful misconduct by the Studio. The Studio is not responsible for lost personal belongings; lockers are provided. Members are responsible for damage they cause to Studio property.
Studio etiquette
Please treat instructors, staff and fellow members with respect, maintain personal hygiene, keep phones on silent, and follow posted studio rules. The Studio may refuse entry or terminate membership — with a pro-rated refund of unused fees — in cases of serious or repeated misconduct.
Personal data & marketing
We collect and process member data (contact details, ID, emergency contact, training history, payment information) to manage memberships, deliver services, keep you safe and comply with the law, in accordance with the Olaben Privacy Policy.
We only use your data for marketing communications, or your image in promotional content, with your separate consent. You can withdraw consent at any time via studio@olaben.com without affecting your membership.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and studio policies. Material changes affecting members' rights will be notified at least 7 days in advance via official channels. If you do not agree with a materially adverse change, you may terminate your package with a pro-rated refund of the unused portion.
Complaints & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are first resolved through good-faith negotiation; failing resolution within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to the competent court in Vietnam.
